Just for the record, I think "Blind" is one of the best metal albums af all
time. Pure Class. I also saw them live round about the same time when they
supported Soundgarden. The're the only metal band I've seen that had the
power
and volume WITHOUT the sound distorting into a unintelligble mush.
Fond memories indeed.

Intro: (BASS) This bass part if played throughout all of the song
except the chorus and at the end (I think). Just follow
rythm guitar for those parts of the song, since I think
the bass and rythm play the same stuff there.

Mostly all that is included here is the main rythm part because there
really isn't mush of a purpose to transcribe all that higher guitar
during the song, because it was all improvised on an D blues scale.
In this case (drop D tuning) a simple D blues scal would look
like this:
